Before commissioning me, make sure you're able to pay.

I take few slots at a time; there are no reservations or waitlists.

Payment is always upfront!

I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

If payment isn't received, your commission will be dropped and you will lose your slot.

I can post the commission anywhere online and so can my client; proper credit is required.

If you don't want to be tagged in your commissioned piece, I can put you as Anonymous!

If you don't want me to share your commission WIPs elsewhere, do tell me upfront!

My work is NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED AS AN NFT OR BE PUT IN ANY SORT OF BLOCKCHAIN OR AI TRAINING.

Generally, I don't really tolerate improper behaviour: rude messages, ghosting, angry responses, payment delays etc.

Commissions may include my OCs as extra characters, except in situations like: cuddling, kissing, suggestive ideas or NSFW. Even you have such ideas listed as exceptions, I don't really want to hear them!

YCH raffle rewards are usually completed within 3 weeks, but this deadline is prone to changes anytime.

YCH raffle winners cannot dictate significant changes to the base.

Fan art work can be used for non-commercial purposes - selling, printing, reuploads and redistribution is not allowed.

I don't draw on Fridays and weekends.

At the moment, I cannot work with deadlines!

I no longer work on alternative image outputs (commonly known as alt versions) - the reason is simple, it takes me a lot of time and eventually the single file size becomes so massive and confusing that it gets really hard to work with it, sorry!

I do not work with commissions which are to be redistributed; stickers, prints, notebooks etc.

For precise character drawings, I only work with clients who can provide character reference sheets or any art where I can colour pick properly and see their details.

Shaded references are considered problematic as the base colour may not be properly determined (if the sheet lacks a colour palette, of course).

A complexity fee of 20% can be applied to commissions with high details or patterns (such as spikes, clothes, colours...)

Once I send you the sketch, be sure to tell me anything you'd like me to change; heavy edits can't be performed later.

I have the right to refuse heavy edits or I can charge an extra fee for such edits.

My client is allowed to use the commission for anything personal; wallpaper, avatar, banner - reselling is not allowed.

Your commission will take some time; if something happens, I'll inform you as soon as possible!

You're more than welcome to ask me how I did something.

You're allowed to make edits; filters, crops, cutouts...

Feel free to ask for WIP images at any time!

My clients can receive work via Drive, private e-mail attachments or through DMs - however DM services may compress images!

Data uploaded to my drive might be erased after some time! If you want to receive your commission again, please contact me, however I cannot promise that I have such files at all times!

You will be fully refunded if I am unable to finish the commission for any reason.

You will be fully refunded in case of complete data loss.

I don't do full nor partial refunds requested by my clients.

I don't accept any crypto payment methods.
